| Origination technology |
2D: This hologram is based
on a two-dimensional graphic image, in which all elements are
stored on one level (substrate layer) |
2D/3D |
|
| In comparison to the 2D
hologram, where all information is stored on one leve, the graphic
elements of a 2D/3D hologram are separated and placed on 2 or
3 different layers providing a sense of depth (parallax effect).
Combinations with three-dimensional objects in the background
are also possible. Sharp edges and bright colors are characteristics
of this type of hologram |
|
3D |
|
| This hologram exists of
one or more three-dimensional objects or computer generated
images, and portrays the oject in a 1:1 ratio. The depth effect
distinguishes this hologram from others; however, for optimal
viewing conditions, a direct source of light is required. |
|
Dot-Matrix |
| The continuous rainbow effect
of this 2D hologram results from microscopic holographic dots
which diffract light through a range of angles. Holograms made
using this technique perform excellently under a variety of
lighting conditions. |
|
Stereogram |
| This is also a 3D hologram
consisting of an object or graphic image in a 1:1 ratio; however,
the graphic image or object is shot in several viewing angles
to produce a moving effect. |
|
MULTIMATRIX¢ç |
|
| is a technique for the origination
fo security Optical Variable Microstructures(OVM¡¯s) by electron
beam. Multimatrix¢ç offers resolution of 254,000dpi ? a hundrea
times that of a conventional laser or Dot-matrix hologram. Multimatrix¢ç
images can include up to forty security features on three levels
of authentication : visual inspection, professional inspection
with hand-held devices, forensic optical laboratory analysis. |

Banknote & Passport |
| Optically variables devices
(OVDs) are now globally recognised as one of the leading public
recognition features in the fight against counterfeiting of
banknotes and Passport. Since their introduction to banknotes
in 1987, their use has grown considerably, and they are now
used by over 30 countries issuing banknotes and Passport. This
number is set to grow with the introduction of the euro in January
2002, which has adopted the OVD as a leading public recognition
anti-counterfeit feature |

Card |
1) Transaction card
Holograms for transaction and credit cards offer multiple levels
of authentication and security. We provide a dynamic range of
features designed to offer flexible solutions to meet the needs
of the transaction card industry.
|
|
2) ID Card
All printed plastic ID cards containing any useful information
are subject to counterfeiting, alteration, duplication, and
forgery. We are offering vanish overlay and laminates that are
designed to help eliminate these threats. Card applications
subject to these types of card threats should use laminate or
varnish overlay to protect the card image
Compatible printer and laminator- Eltron, Fargo, Nisca, DataCard
etc.
ribbon line : clear overlay ribbon, hologram varnish overlay
ribbon, hologram overlay patch ribbon, hologram and clear overly
patch ribbon for smart card |
Hologram Laminate film |
| Cold Laminate
film : Cold seal tamper-evident holographic laminates are available
with or with invisible ultraviolet fluorescent workings. This
type of laminate is widely used in passport and ID card applications.
|
| Hot-Laminate film : This
is inserted into a standard hot sealable film either at the
film production stage or at the document issuing stage. ID pouches,
Passport or document laminates |

Hologram Label |
1) Pressure
Sensitive Label
Our pressure-sensitive label is available with a broad array
of authenticating features. By combining multiple security techniques,
we achieve higher levels of security and make the entire product
or package easier to authenticate and exceedingly difficult
to simulate. |
|
|
2) Security Technique
Tamper-Evident : This works on the principle that they cannot
be removed intact from the substrate and re-applied fraudulently
elsewhere. |
|
|
| - Demetallisation : This
technology available to us allows to pattern demetallise holographic
hot-stamping foils and holographic tamper-evident label materials.
Pattern demetallisation is an important part of the security
solutions package and is recognized as such worldwide. Witness
to that is the fact that registered pattern demetallisation
is included into the specification for the Euro banknote hologram. |
|
|
| - Serial numbering : You
can choose serial numbering type for your product label (Laser
engraving, thermal printing and printing) |
|
|
| - Bar-code : We can supply
Hologram Label for Bar-code thermal printing and printing |
|
- DNA matrix : The DNA matrix,
when included in printing inks or lacquers and applied via a
printing process, can be combined with a hologram to create
a unique security construction, easily identifiable in the field,
and indisputably verifiable in the laboratory
- HRI film : HRI film enable you to see both the printing image
of substrate and hologram, and it also provide extraordinary
function in protection.
- Micro-text : Micro-text is not visible to the naked eye. Text
or micro-graphics with resolution of up to 25,000dpi., and text
size of 50-200 micron. It is useful to use mix of micro-text
sizes. These features require verification by magnifying glass
or, where appropriate, a portable microscope.
|
| - Hidden-Image : We developed
machine-readable holographic features to diversify between similar
holograms. These are not visible to the naked eye, but can be
read only by a special detector. |
|
| |
Holographic Scratch-off |
| The protection provided
by a secure holographic feature is rooted in the graphic image.
This image is unique for every program. In use, Holographic
Scratch-off has all the same properties as good quality conventional
scratch-off materials. It scratches off cleanly and easily,
and its high opacity means there is little danger of the underlying
data being visible. |
|
Holographic Hangtag |
| A full-colour sequentially
numbered apparel a hantag with atamper evident security holographic
stripe. DNA matrix available as a covert printed feature. |
|
Holographic Shrink-sleeve |
| Sleeve will shrink over
bottle closure under application of heat tunnel. Holographic
stripe cannot be removed from the sleeve without causing delamination
and destruction of diffractive image(tamper-evident) |
|
Exise stamp |
| Excise stamps are essential
protecting government revenue. We supply a wide range of exise
stamp products from self-adhesive polymer or paper-based labels
with holographic elements to dry-paper security printed labels
for alcohol and tobacco application. Excise stamps are security
numbered and 100% numbering accuracy is ensured by out state-of-the-art
unmbering system. |
|
Holographic Tear Line |
| The holographic tear line
is applied during packaging process the same as any standard
tear-tape. However it now has a double function, it is not just
a simple tear-tape but also identifies your product as authentic
/ original therefore inhibiting pirate copies |
